Welcome to our free summer breathwork month !

Are you ready to discover the power of your breath?
In august 2021 you can participate every wednesday at 20.00 o clock to an online breathing session.

In these sessions we will integrate deep connected breathing with movement, sound, touch, expression and meditation for intuitive healing where and when it’s needed most. This inner journey is for everybody who wants to release stress, tension and emotions in order to feel free again. Out of your mind, into your body.

4-8-2021 – Wim Hof Breathing Workshop with Ruud Blom & Roy Schoemaker.

Anneleen will guide you on a BBTRS breathing session; exploring, expanding and releasing physical, mental and emotional tension.

CREATE A COMFORT SPACE
Please prepare a private and safe space where you can lay down or sit down. Bring a (yoga) mat, blankets, tissues, water, comfortable pillows and something to write.

NICE TO KNOW
Breathwork is a super enjoyable, healing and a liberating practice. During the practice we are using connected breathing that might highlight some emotions. We advise you to listen to the wisdom of your body. You can always slow down or stop the proces if you feel that is what you need.

NEED TO KNOW
We advise you not to participate with a breathwork session in the following cases: severe asthma, severe heart conditions or arrhythmia and vascular disease, pregnancy, severe mental illnesses, Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis, epilepsy, acute physical injuries, recent major surgery, severe diabetes, High or low blood pressure with fainting history, untreated/severe PTSD.
